Your satisfaction is truly important to us. Every artwork is carefully crafted and packaged with great attention to detail to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully in your home.

In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged during transit, it will be replaced free of charge — guaranteed. We want you to feel completely confident when ordering.

Because each piece is custom printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have any questions or concerns at any stage of the process, we are always happy to help at thierry@t-gonzalez.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Situations like these are extremely rare thanks to our careful quality control and secure packaging process, but if anything unexpected happens, we will carefully evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right so you can enjoy your artwork with complete peace of mind.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under EU regulations, certain custom-made products are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal period. This includes personalized and made-to-order items such as custom-framed fine art prints.

As every artwork is produced specifically to your chosen specifications, refunds and exchanges are not possible once production has begun.

Cancellation

As all orders move into production quickly to ensure fast turnaround times, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been processed.

If you notice an error in your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of purchase. If production has not yet started, we will gladly do our best to assist you. If the artwork is already in production, we will communicate transparently with you and work together toward the most reasonable solution possible.
